About the Role

We are hiring experienced Customer Service Executives for an international voice process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a seamless support experience in a fast-paced environment.

6 months of International Voice BPO experience

Excellent communication skills Versant Requirement:

US Voice Versant - C1

Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply (as per company norms)

Salary

Up to ₹35,000 CTC

(based on experience and performance)

Shift & Schedule

5.5 days working

Rotational shifts & rotational week offs

Cab Facility

Males: Reimbursement

?180 x number of night shifts

Females:

One-sided cab

during odd hours
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
