Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Record customer interactions and maintain detailed logs in CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved.
Maintain service level standards and contribute to overall team performance.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
