Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to event inquiries, registrations, and feedback.
Provide accurate information about upcoming events, ticketing, schedules, and venue details.
Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a record of all client interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the event management, sales, and operations teams to fulfill client requirements.
Support the logistics and registration process during live events or virtual sessions.
Assist with post-event surveys and feedback collection.
Ensure all communication aligns with the company's service standards and brand tone.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
