Hiring: Customer Care Executives - International Call Centre (Rotational Shifts)

Salary:



?18,000 CTC to ?40,000 CTC (based on skills & experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers with professionalism and courtesy Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system Provide product/service information clearly and effectively Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support Meet daily/weekly call and service quality targets Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer experience
