Key Responsibilities
Place outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, confirmations, or feedback collection.
Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about company services.
Update customer records and document call interactions in the CRM system.
Uphold call quality standards and compliance with scripts/regulations.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets for productivity and service quality.
Upsell or cross-sell company products where applicable.
Work collaboratively with other teams to relay feedback and assist with escalated cases.
Requirements & Skills
Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette.
Basic computer and data entry skills (CRM, dialing systems).
Problem-solving and patience under pressure.
Ability to follow scripts and guidelines.
Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent, usually required.
