Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle
customer service tasks related to appointment scheduling
for patients.
Support
medical billing processes
with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain and update
patient records
in the system.
Assist in
backend operations
for claims, billing, and settlements.
Ensure compliance with
healthcare guidelines and patient data confidentiality
.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline; Healthcare/Accounts preferred).
Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior experience in
medical billing / backend support
preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in rotational shifts.
