We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused

Customer Care Executive

who can be the voice of Cityvibes when it comes to handling customer queries, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional service across all touchpoints -- be it offline or online. Your empathy, communication skills, and proactive approach will help shape the customer experience for one of India's most loved men's ethnic wear brands.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media queries with professionalism and warmth Resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically, ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain CRM records accurately with all interactions and resolutions Coordinate with store teams and backend departments for faster issue resolution Follow up on pending cases until full closure Collect feedback and identify recurring issues to improve processes Build positive relationships with customers to create long-term loyalty Assist in appointment booking, product inquiries, order status, and after-sales support

Requirements:



Proven experience in customer support or similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred) Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Verbal & Written) Polite, patient, and solution-oriented approach Familiarity with CRM tools and handling customer databases Ability to multitask and work under pressure Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
