Job Description

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers calmly. Good computer skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred). Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an insurance or financial domain, is a plus. Knowledge of insurance products, terms, and regulations is desirable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
