We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns across multiple channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone calls. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Resolve complaints, provide product information, and ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues when necessary
Use MS Office tools to create reports and manage customer data
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Good typing speed with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
