Job Description

Role: Customer Care Executive



Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication. Coordinate with internal teams for resolving customer issues. Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems. Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements:



Minimum

1 year of experience

in customer service or support roles. Basic knowledge of handling customer queries and providing service-related support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Positive attitude, patience, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
