Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in customer service or support roles.
Basic knowledge of handling customer queries and providing service-related support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
