Key Responsibilities:


Provide outstanding customer service to international customers via telephone as a telecaller customer support representative.


Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to cater to our global client base.

Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:


Any Graduation (Preferred)

Experience:


Total work: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome)

Customer service: 0-1 year (Preferred)
