We are seeking a Customer Care Representative with excellent communication skills and fluency in English to join Zari. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, tech-savvy, and capable of handling a variety of support requests in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and friendly manner.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns efficiently and professionally.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues or trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge (e.g., typing, email, web browsing).
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward customer service.
