?10,000 - ?15,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

6 months to 2 years

in

US Voice / International Voice Process

Process Type:

Outbound/Inbound - International (US)

Education:

HSC / Undergraduate / Graduate

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory experience in

US / International Voice Process

Experience in handling

inbound calls

for international customers Excellent verbal communication skills in

English

Customer-centric and proactive approach Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and reliability Must be ready for

rotational shift.
