Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and support via voice and blended communication channels.
Efficiently handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
Maintain a positive and pleasant demeanor while interacting with customers.
Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) effectively to manage and document customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduation in any stream (Bachelor's)
Fluency in English, Malayalam and Tamil is must (additional knowledge of Kannada and Telegu and Hindi is a plus).
Competency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support (1 year preferred).
Willingness to complete training before joining.
