Customer Care Executive

to handle customer queries for our e-commerce operations in a

work-from-home

setup. The role primarily involves managing

inbound and outbound calls

, assisting customers with order status, delivery issues, return/refund queries, product information, and general support. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is an

outsourced position

and requires reliable internet and a quiet work environment.

The working hours are

9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

, and the position offers a

fixed monthly salary of ?10,000

. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally. Basic understanding of e-commerce processes such as order tracking and returns is preferred. Training will be provided, but self-discipline and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
