Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to customers for

order confirmation

. Verify customer details such as address, product selection, and payment mode. Clearly explain order details, expected dispatch timelines, and delivery updates. Share order status (confirmed, packed, dispatched, out for delivery, etc.). Handle basic customer queries with confidence and clarity. Maintain call records, update CRM/order dashboard. Coordinate with the operations/logistics team for smooth order processing. Ensure high customer satisfaction and a professional communication experience.

Requirements



Good communication skills in

Hindi + Fluent English (As mostly customer are south Indians)

. Confident and polite phone etiquette. Ability to handle customer queries with patience. Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets is a plus). Ability to work responsibly without constant supervision. Prior experience in customer calling/support is an advantage, but not mandatory.
