Coordinate with the operations/logistics team for smooth order processing.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and a professional communication experience.
Requirements
Good communication skills in
Hindi + Fluent English (As mostly customer are south Indians)
.
Confident and polite phone etiquette.
Ability to handle customer queries with patience.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets is a plus).
Ability to work responsibly without constant supervision.
Prior experience in customer calling/support is an advantage, but not mandatory.
