Hiring Customer Support Executives - Blended Process (Voice, Emails, Chats)
iCarry is a rapidly growing online courier booking platform. We operate all over India and onboard new clients on our platform every day!
We are looking for candidates who are cool-headed, organized and confident in their working style to keep our clients happy with their shipping experience on iCarry.in.
The job involves:
Outbound calling to leads and clients - to help with on-boarding, explain services and get them to start booking shipments
Provide Client support over phone, whatsapp and email - inbound as well as outbound
Respond to & Resolve support tickets as per SLA
Co-ordinate with Courier Partners to resolve our client complaints
Other ad-hoc work tasks / duties as required (as per guidance from your supervisor)
Ideal candidate should have good command in written and verbal English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
Prior experience in a BPO company or ecommerce process is mandatory.
Prior experience in customer support at a logistics company is a huge plus.
Work location - Work from your home. You should have access to a good broadband connection, a recent laptop with webcam and a mobile phone.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
