Job Summary:



We are looking for a

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

to handle

calling, approaching, and managing customers

in the real estate sector. The role focuses on generating leads through telecalling, building relationships with prospective buyers, arranging site visits, and ensuring excellent customer support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:



Make

outbound calls

to prospective customers and handle

inbound inquiries

. Explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits to clients. Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into site visits and bookings. Maintain and update customer databases/CRM with accurate information. Coordinate

site visits

and ensure a smooth client experience. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Provide after-sales support, ensuring documentation and payment follow-ups are completed.

Requirements:



Graduate in any stream (Real Estate/Sales experience preferred). 0-3 years of experience in

telecalling, telesales, or real estate customer handling

. Strong communication skills (Hindi & English; local language is a plus). Ability to

convince, follow up, and convert leads

into sales. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,197.18 - ?20,005.22 per month
