Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to prospective customers and handle
inbound inquiries
.
Explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits to clients.
Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into site visits and bookings.
Maintain and update customer databases/CRM with accurate information.
Coordinate
site visits
and ensure a smooth client experience.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Provide after-sales support, ensuring documentation and payment follow-ups are completed.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (Real Estate/Sales experience preferred).
0-3 years of experience in
telecalling, telesales, or real estate customer handling
.
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English; local language is a plus).
Ability to
convince, follow up, and convert leads
into sales.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
