Customer Care Executive

Job Description

Visit customer sites, measure roof, check feasibility, collect geo-coordinates, explain system capacity.

Contact consumers, explain Solar scheme & subsidy, gather required documents, help with application filling.

Register customer on to PM Suryaghar Portal, complete profile, update applications, upload agreements, handle customer applications on the portal.

Co ordinate with local Tata Power JE to complete the inspection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Education:

Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:

Sales management: 2 years (Required) Customer handling : 1 year (Required)
Language:

Hindi (Required) English (Required)
Willingness to travel:

100% (Required)
Work Location: In person
