We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media professionally and courteously.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear and concise solutions.
Research and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.
Identify and document customer feedback to improve products and services.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (experience can be adjusted based on your company's needs)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Ability to problem-solve and think critically
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
