Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Graduation in any stream (Mandatory)

Languages:

Fluent in

English & Hindi

(No MTI/RTI) Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply Strong communication and customer-handling ability

Role & Responsibilities

Contact and counsel interested leads regarding suitable

insurance products

(Outbound calling) Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate policy options Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and professional interaction Record call outcomes and follow internal documentation procedures Escalate complex cases when required
