Contact and counsel interested leads regarding suitable
insurance products
(Outbound calling)
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate policy options
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and professional interaction
Record call outcomes and follow internal documentation procedures
Escalate complex cases when required
