Job Responsibilities:

1. Research & Lead Generation

Find potential

clients/companies

through Google, LinkedIn, and other search engines. Collect

company details, contact numbers, emails, and social media pages

. Maintain a record of leads in Excel/Google Sheets.

2. Non-Voice Customer Interaction

Send

messages through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram

and other social platforms. Handle basic inquiries and share product details.

3. Email Support

Send cold emails to clients using predefined templates. Follow up with prospects on a regular schedule.

4. Social Media Communication

Reach out to clients through social media channels. Respond promptly and professionally.

5. LinkedIn Activities

Search for companies, decision-makers, and industry contacts. Send connection requests and follow-up messages.
