JOB DESCRIPTION
Offering exceptional customer service to customers.
Collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for coordinating with multiple departments in order to find a solution for the customer's issue.
Develop customer relationships.
Understanding customer concerns.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Identifying customer demands and requirements.
Creating sales plans to generate revenue.
Maintain a good relationship with the customers & follow up with new customers to collect feedback from them.
Excellent communication skills
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years experience in customer relationship & Customer Handling
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Fresher highly prefer*

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
