We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused

Customer Care Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience for all customers, especially wedding shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Greeting & Engagement:

Welcome every customer with a smile and a polite greeting. Assist customers promptly and ensure they feel comfortable in the store.

Wedding Customer Assistance (Main Role):

Proactively approach wedding customers as they enter the store. Understand their requirements and guide them in selecting suitable sarees, silk dresses, and other wedding-related attire. Provide product information, styling suggestions, and support throughout their shopping experience. Coordinate with sales staff to ensure a smooth and personalized shopping journey.

Customer Support & Service:

Answer customer queries politely and professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Handle complaints or escalate them to the store manager if needed.
