Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Job Summary
The Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products and services. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and timely support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
Meet service quality standards and performance metrics
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proven experience in customer service or call centre roles (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays (if required)
