Job Description

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

2. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

4. Provide information on products, services, and company policies.

5. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

8. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate resources.

7. Offer solutions and alternatives to improve customer satisfaction.

8. Continuously strive to improve customer service quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
