Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice / Non-Voice)

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Experience: Fresher (0-6 months)

Salary: ₹12,000 - ?18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via voice or non-voice process

Provide accurate information about products and services

Maintain and update customer records

Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction

Coordinate with team members to improve service quality

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream
