We are hiring a Customer Support Associate for a growing process in Mohali.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling ability, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via call/chat/email Resolve issues with accuracy and professionalism Maintain proper records of customer interactions Provide excellent customer experience Coordinate with internal teams when needed

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in customer support ( BPO process) Excellent communication skills (English) Basic computer knowledge Ability to work in rotational shifts Graduation preferred (Undergraduates with experience can apply)

Employment Type

Full-time 5 days working Rotational shifts (including evening/night shifts)

Salary

FOR CHAT- max up to 28000 CTC

FOR VOICE -max up to 35,000 CTC

(Depends on last CTC & experience)
