UK-based clients

through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information, initial guidance, and support to clients regarding immigration or education-related queries. Maintain and update

client records

regularly in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and smooth workflow. Coordinate with internal teams such as documentation, admissions, and processing departments to ensure seamless client handling. Follow up with clients to assist them through each step of their counselling or application process. Stay updated on

UK immigration, visa policies, and education system

to provide correct and relevant information to clients. Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain professionalism in all digital interactions. Assist in managing client appointments, virtual sessions, and digital communication schedules.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
