Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. The ideal candidates will handle customer queries, provide product information, process orders, and ensure a smooth and satisfying post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally. Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and on time. Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and logistics for order fulfillment. Maintain accurate customer records and feedback in CRM systems. Follow up on pending customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction. Assist in improving customer service procedures and standards.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or related fields are welcome.
