Customer Service Representatives

International Voice Process

. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a customer-first attitude to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information via calls. Resolve issues professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain call logs and update CRM systems. Meet performance targets and quality standards.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Willing to work in

night shifts

and a

6-day work week

. Prior experience in an international voice process preferred. Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability.
