Urgent Hiring of Customer care Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries: Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolve customer complaints: Investigate and resolve customer issues, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
3. Provide product information: Offer accurate and up-to-date information about our products or services.
4. Maintain customer records: Update customer information and records in our CRM system.
5. Collaborate with internal teams: Work with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Customer service experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
3. Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
4. Product knowledge: Familiarity with our products or services (training provided).
Working Day: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: 9am to 6pm & 10am to 7pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
