Handle incoming calls & respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally.
Guide students/customers regarding courses, fees, batch timings & processes.
Maintain records of conversations and leads in the CRM.
Follow-up with interested customers to convert leads into admissions.
Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues when needed.
Maintain a positive, respectful, and service-oriented attitude at all times.
Skills Required:
Good Communication Skills (Hindi / Punjabi / English)
Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
Confident and pleasant personality
Ability to handle calls and customer queries patiently
