Job Role & Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls & respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally. Guide students/customers regarding courses, fees, batch timings & processes. Maintain records of conversations and leads in the CRM. Follow-up with interested customers to convert leads into admissions. Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues when needed. Maintain a positive, respectful, and service-oriented attitude at all times.

Skills Required:



Good Communication Skills (Hindi / Punjabi / English) Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email) Confident and pleasant personality Ability to handle calls and customer queries patiently Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)

Work Schedule:



Full-Time | shift timing - Rotational

Salary:



?10,000 - ?14,000 per month (Based on Skills & Interview Performance)
