Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Customer Care Executive

with excellent communication skills in

French, German, and English

to connect with our international clients. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, and client engagement to promote our Web, Mobile, and AI services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to international clients (Europe, USA, and other regions).

Present and promote IT services (Web, Mobile, and AI solutions) to potential clients. Generate leads and set up qualified meetings for the business development team. Maintain professional communication with prospects via calls, emails, and follow-ups. Understand client requirements and provide initial information about services. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement. Maintain records of calls, leads, and interactions in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in international cold calling / customer care / inside sales. Fluency in

French or German, and English

(mandatory). Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence. Experience in IT services sales (Web, Mobile, or AI solutions) will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
