We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

to join our team and ensure exceptional service for our clients. The role involves managing customer queries, providing solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support. Provide accurate information about products/services. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Maintain records of customer interactions. Escalate complex issues to higher departments when necessary. Ensure a smooth customer experience with timely follow-ups.

Requirements & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in any field . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,936.69 - ₹40,017.38 per month

Work Location: In person
