Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, or chat in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback with empathy and understanding, providing effective solutions.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Document customer interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping of issues and resolutions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
