We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving customer retention and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
4. Proactively engage with customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.
6. Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups on pending issues
7. Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction, feedback, and key metrics to management.
Qualifications and Skills:-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
A customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
