We're currently seeking a skilled customer support executive to help us provide top-notch service to our customers at Miduty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that customer orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:



Process and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Providing accurate information about products or services and guiding customers in making informed decisions. Work closely with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Responding to customer inquiries accurately and on time, through various channels, including phone, email and chat. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in a smooth and customer-friendly manner. Monitor stock levels, update inventory regularly, and ensure accurate inventory records

Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any field. 2+ years of experience in a customer support or related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers. Knowledge of customer service processes and best practices. Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
