Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals with good spoken English skills to join our customer service team. As a fresher, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, and providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Record customer interactions and update necessary databases. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
Skills & Qualifications:

Fresher / Graduate (any stream). Only Male Candidates

Good spoken English and good communication skills. Active listening skills and ability to stay calm under pressure. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Problem-solving and customer-oriented approach. Willingness to work in night shifts (US Process)
