Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Assist customers with booking, tracking, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with operations team to resolve customer issues.
Maintain records of leads, complaints, and follow-ups.
Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
Previous experience in customer support or courier industry is a plus.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
