Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism. Resolve product/service-related inquiries efficiently and accurately. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication. Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.

Requirements:



Strong verbal and written communication skills in [specify languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. A customer-first mindset with a pleasant and empathetic tone. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
