Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain long-term customer relationships by regularly updating clients on services, offers, or updates.
Handle and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, service, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in CRM or internal software.
Follow up on leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Collect customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
Assist in onboarding new clients and providing after-sales support.
