Eligibility Criteria:



Freshers are welcome to apply Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English Comfortable with customer handling and resolving queries Must be willing to work from office (No Work From Home option)

Job Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls related to e-commerce orders Assist customers with order placements, returns, refunds, and general inquiries Maintain professionalism and quality of service Update CRM systems with call details
