Answer client phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
Schedule and confirm consultations, client meetings, and case follow-up appointments.
Provide basic case status updates to clients as instructed by attorneys or case managers.
Collect and organize client documents, ensuring proper filing and confidentiality.
Enter and update client information into the law firm's case management system.
Send reminders to clients for appointments, missing documents, or payments.
Handle client concerns or complaints with patience and escalate issues when necessary.
Prepare and assist with printing, scanning, and mailing of legal documents.
Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment for visiting clients.
