Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Address queries regarding products, services, orders, and policies.
Record and maintain accurate details of customer interactions and transactions.
Register, track, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Coordinate with internal departments (service, sales, logistics, etc.) to ensure effective resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM or complaint management system.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, issues, and resolutions for management review.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling customer complaints and escalations.
Strive to achieve performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
