Objective:
The Customer Care Executive will learn how to handle Justdial enquiries, interact with prospective customers, and support the sales team in lead management and follow-ups. This role offers hands-on experience in customer communication, CRM utilization, and business development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to Justdial enquiries received through calls or the company CRM.
Understand customer requirements and share basic service/product details.
Forward enquiries to the sales/business team for further action.
Assist in maintaining enquiry records and preparing daily/weekly reports.
Learn effective customer communication and follow-up techniques.
Support customer care executives in day-to-day operations.
Learning Outcomes:

Practical knowledge of handling live customer enquiries.
Experience with CRM tools and reporting formats.
