We are looking for a Female Customer Care Executive to handle customer servicing and insurance renewal coordination. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, scheduling vehicle services, and ensuring timely follow-ups for renewals and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to monthly servicing and insurance renewals.

Coordinate with the service and insurance teams for smooth customer experience.

Maintain and update customer data in the system.

Remind customers of upcoming services or policy renewals.

Follow up for feedback after service completion.

Assist in preparing service and renewal reports.

Requirements:



Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Konkani.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).

Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

Fresher can apply (training will be provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
