Input customer orders into the company's order management system or database.
Answer customer questions about product details, prices, and availability.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., inventory, shipping) to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Handle any changes, cancellations, or returns according to company policies.
Provide customers with estimated delivery times and follow up on any delays.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to answer customer inquiries.
Resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including keeping customer records up to date.
