Job Overview



The Customer Care Executive (CCE) is responsible for overseeing end-to-end mall operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks, maintaining operational quality standards, and delivering excellent customer and retailer support.

Job SpecificationsEducation



Any Graduate MBA preferred

Skills



Excellent communication skills Strong computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, etc. Strong coordination & interpersonal skills Analytical and reporting capabilities

Experience



3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail/mall industry Minimum age: 25 years

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Operations & Customer Service



Address and resolve in-house retailer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments. Act as the primary point of contact for patrons, providing friendly and professional customer service. Maintain strong retail relations, representing mall management while coordinating with media, community, and local authorities when required.

Operations Coordination



Coordinate with MEP, Security, Housekeeping, Parking, and outsourced teams for daily operational requirements. Oversee fit-out work for retail brands and ensure timely completion. Prepare snag reports and follow up on resolution. Work closely with the Project Team on mall renovation and upgrade work. Conduct weekly meetings with outsourced team members to ensure process adherence.

Events & Marketing



Assist with organizing mall events and activities. Coordinate events for retail partners to support mall marketing initiatives.

Compliance & Administration



Coordinate with government departments to ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and zoning ordinances. Maintain daily operations records, SOPs, inventory logs, and administrative reports. Prepare, analyze, and share operational reports as required.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
